Quantitative Imaging

The 3DLab offers a range of quantitative imaging services, these include:

  • Tumour measurements for clinical trials (including RECIST, irRECIST, mWHO, Cheson, Lugano, iRANO)
  • Cardiac MR analysis (including ejection fraction measurement)
  • Kidney volume measurement for Polycystic Kidney Disease
  • Lung lobe volume quantification
  • Aortic aneurysm sac volumes
  • Glioma volume measurement
  • Bespoke image analysis

The 3DLab has an extensive range

of CE marked and in-house developed medical image processing software which ensures precise and accurate visualisation and quantitative results are produced.

Software Development

We have developed a database to both track and manage the cases coming through the 3DLab and to capture all the quantitative measurements made. This is now an extensive resource (over 20,000 cases) of well curated data enabling future machine learning research.
